Close Joint Stock Company “SPLAV” Co.” Is a Russian company founded in 1996, according to “Metal Supply and Marketing” magazine’s 2003 rating it is included into the top-ten leading profile manufacturers in the Russian market. The company is a member of the Russian Metal-sellers Association and National Association for manufacturers of steel bent profiles. The company cooperates with over one and a half thousand of Russian companies, and exports its products to Germany, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Moldova, Belarus and other countries.

Company’s scope of activity is extensive and has several trends. All the manufactured products comply with Russian state and international quality standards; it was certified by State Construction Agency of the Russian Federation.

The main objective of the Company is production of profiled flooring. Fifteen main types of zinc-plated and painted profiles of the following sorts are produced out of high-quality raw materials on seven mills made in Russia and Finland:

The profiled flooring is used as roofing and wall material for industrial and apartment blocks, as well as for internal partitions and external fences. Furthermore, it is irreplaceable as irremovable decking during construction of inter-floor overlaps – for warehouses, shopping pavilions or cottages, garden houses or villas.

The profiled flooring is manufactured to the size, i.e. of the necessary length, and this allows customers to save up to 20% of funds. Terms of manufacturing are the shortest possible – one or two days. The enterprise fulfils delivery by automobile transport, railway carriages and containers. Products have packing that provides safety of paint and zinc coat of the profiled flooring during transportation. The enterprise offers profitable financial conditions for steady customers.

The second course of Company’s activity – manufacturing of reinforcing profiles for PVC window systems out of steel zinc-plated metal-roll according to Russian standards.

Company’s specialists designed the unique high-production equipment that allows manufacturing of wide range reinforcing profiles (over 300 dimension-types). The third objective of Close Joint Stock Company “SPLAV” Co.” is processing of coiled metal-rolls for strips and sheets 0.4 to 2.0 mm thick. Processing is performed by request, for any required length and width. Received in the result half-finished products later on are used for manufacturing of various steel bent profiles: guiding rails for automatic gates, fillistered roofing, corners, conductor-and-support cables, reinforcing profiles for window systems, profiles for dry construction, etc.

The company manufactures cold-bent sheet profiles (profiled sheets) out of zinc-plated steel and zinc-plated steel with protective-patterned paint coat. The shape of the corrugation is wavy and trapezoid, elevation of the corrugation makes up 15 to 75 mm, as well as reinforcing profiles out of zinc-plated stripes, 1,2-2,0 mm thick, mainly for window systems.

The following sorts of coiled steel are used – 08, 08ps, St1, St2, St3 with yield point of over 230 MPa.

Coiled cold-bent steel is hot-coated by zinc in the assemblies of continuous zincing with plate thickness 18 to 40 µm and mass of 1 square meter of the plate coat applied on the two sides, 258 to 570 grams.

Thickness of the zinc-plated steel used for production of corrugated sheet profile - 0,5 to 1,0 mm, width- 1000 to 1250 mm depending on the type of profiled sheets.

Thickness and extreme deviations of paint coat of the hot-zinc-plated stripe 20 ± 5 µm (face and underside). Paint coat safely protects profiled sheets from corrosive environments.

Extreme deviations of the sizes of all profile types must not exceed values given in Table 1

Delivery of finished products is performed according to theoretical mass. Mass of 1 running meter for every type of profiled sheets is provided in associated document (all-Union State Standard, Technical Conditions).

Material with paint coat has numerical marking of color spectrum according to RAL international standard.
